New Friends: Geoffrey & Ginny

The Cottontails met two new friends this week, Geoffrey & Ginny. They are giraffe cousins and play important roles in our class. Geoffrey is rather shy at first but shows how outgoing he can be especially when friends show him Core Virtues. He loves to sit in the classroom watching all the fun that takes place. He beams and celebrates when he sees students working well together, following directions, listening, and ultimately showing the Willowwind Way. Ginny, is adventuresome. She loves to travel! On Thursday, Ginny traveled to Chicago. Geoffrey and Ginny communicated throughout the day, and Ginny was so pleased to hear Geoffrey's AWESOME reports from the classroom. In return, Ginny emailed Geoffrey pictures of our day, so Geoffrey and the class should see how we were doing.
