Today your child brought home a submission form for Iowa City's upcoming MidWest One Bank 2013 Art Exhibit. Ryan, our Art teacher, has included a parent letter with more information. This year, Willowwind is asking students to submit a piece of artwork (that fits within MidWest One's specific guidelines - see take home handout) from home for the 2013 Art Exhibit.
Please discuss this opportunity with your child and the type of art they would like to submit. To submit a piece of art, please follow MidWest One's written guidelines, fill out the submission form, and submit BOTH the artwork and submission form to Willowwind's Scholars' Studio by NEXT Friday, January 18th. All artwork will be on display at MidWest One's 2013 Art Exhibit and Reception on Friday, March 1st from 5:30 - 8:00.
