November's Book Order comes at a perfect time as the holiday season is right around the corner. When ordering online, can order books for any age infant to middle school. Encouraging reading is one of the most important things we can do to help children succeed. Sometimes the right book is all it takes to nurture a child's love of reading. Take a look at the flyer sent home to access our online Scholastic Reading Club store where together, with your child, you can choose from a variety of books and then order right online or return the flyer's hard copy order form and payment to me. I have circled some books that I think your Kindergartener will enjoy and your child had a chance to "shop and circle" books today at school.
In our classroom's online shop, you will also find book recommendations that I have personally selected for the classroom. Recommendations include some our classroom library favorites including books by Mo Willems and from The Berenstain Bears series. I have also recommended some great books that revolve around our curricular focuses including grit, life cycles of apples and pumpkins, and being thankful. You will also room find a classroom wish list in our online shop where your family can select special gifts to help our classroom library grow.
