Willowwind Book Fair
Begins NEXT Week - Feb 3-11
As you picked your child up on Friday afternoon / evening you may have noticed that our GD Space has been transformed into a book store. Please plan to stop in and shop. 50% of all proceeds will be used for Willowwind to purchase books, educational materials through Scholastic. Teachers will also have wish lists so that you may buy books for your child's classroom. Cash, checks and most credit and debit cards will be accepted for payments.
Hours are as follows…
Mon, 2.3 - Wed, 2.5; Fri, 2.7 AND Mon, 2.10: 8:00-9:00 & 3:00-6:00
Thurs, 2.6: 8:00-9:00 & 2:00-5:00
Sat, 2.9: before, during, after Preschool Story Time
Tues, 2.11: 8:00-9:00

Enrichment Fun at Willowwind
After School Enrichment:
Our first session of After School Enrichment classes starts next week. Missed this session's registration cut off? No worries, there are still spots available for K-2's Spring Session II class. This Session II class will take place after Spring Break from March 24-May 2.
Life Science Exploration - Wednesdays 3:30-4:30
Taught by our very own Ms. Meridith!
Animals, plants, and bugs, oh my! Students will enjoy learning about living things in this hands-on science class. Apply this knowledge to Willowwind's thematic learning question, "How do I affect the earth and how does the earth affect me? through a variety of games, experiments, outdoor learning explorations and more. Spring Break Enrichment:

Looking for a Spring Break stay-cation for your child? Willowwind is hosting a week of theatrical and musical adventures for PreK-6 grade and now accepting registrations. K-6 students can participate in the Performer's Workshop Exploration Week and learn how to produce a theater show with special guest educators from the Iowa Children's Museum. Willowwind Summer Camp:
Willowwind is now accepting registrations for our 2014 Summer Program! Enjoy new classes to choose from such as Innovative Inventors, Minute to Build It, Lego Creations, Film and Stomp It! and more. Click HERE to view these class options and more with our summer brochure.
