Quiet Observation 7:
Visiting Preschoolers - A handful of preschoolers have had the opportunity to visit our classroom to sample what Kindergarten will be like for them in the Fall. Our Cottontails have been nothing but welcoming and compassionate towards our visiting friends. Here are few cute comments I heard during these visits.
"Willowwind is the best school! You will love it in Kindergarten!"
Ms. Michelle: Friends. I'm going to need some helpers to show our new friend how we play in centers.
Cottontail: Oohhhh, ooohhhh, me, me, I can, I can!
"This is Mat Man. We make him with letter pieces. He is our friend in Kindergarten."
"Do you like Legos? We can build with Legos in Kindergarten. What do you want to build?"
We got some great friends on our hands! I am proud of their kindness and excitement to help out!
