Hello K Families. Here are some very important reminders. Please take note.
Authors' Cocoa - THIS Friday, February 24 1:00 - 3:00
Don't forget this Friday brings our much anticipated Authors' Cocoa. Come cheer your child on as they share some of their own poetry with our community. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of cocoa and treats with your child and their friends. I am still in need of a family to bring in one dozen baked (no peanuts, please). Please use THIS link to sign up. Remember, bringing treats (homemade or store bought) counts towards 30 minutes of volunteer hours. When you bring in the treats or cocoa, feel free to deliver them to the classroom or leave in the kitchen. If you drop your items off in the kitchen please be sure they are clearly labeled "Authors' Cocoa".
RSVPs Due - THIS Friday, February 24
RSVPs for our upcoming Our Community and Beyond Night are due this Friday. Please be sure to email me and let me know if your child, and their number of accompanying family members, will be joining us that night.
No School - NEXT Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28
There is no school and BASP next Monday unless the weather turns crazy and brings us a snow day before the end of the week. I doubt that will happen and surely hope not. Also, there is no school next and BASP next Tuesday due to Parent/Teacher conferences. For your convenience, child care services are available during your scheduled conference time.
Spring Conferences - NEXT Tuesday, February 28 and March 1
Conferences are next week. Please be sure you have signed up using THIS link. This is a great time for us to go over your child's PEP goals and discuss their wonderful progress.
Our Community and Beyond Night - Thursday, March 8 5:30 - 8:00
Join us as K-6 friends share special project they have been working on in class. Each class will highlight work that emphasizes our various roles in our community and beyond. Please let me know if your family will be attending. See you then!
